What on earth have I been doing lately? Well, I've come back to good 'ol Illinois, and Westmont to boot. I returned in mid-June and live with the insanity known as Jimmy. I also live with his girlfriend, MK, and another strange girl creature, Nicole. Here is a numbered list of my goings-on in the past 2 months or so:
- Worked for sugarloaf out here, was transferred from the Iowa office. Fired a week ago Friday for "not enough time on route." They can take the 12 hours a day they wanted me to work and shove them up someone else's ass. They probably have.
- Had many apartment antics. Lesbians revealed, mexicans kicked out, etc. I mostly watch from the sidelines. With a camera.
- Watched Jimmy try to find work. We laughed, we cried. He just started a carpenter's apprenticeship yesterday, and it should work out. Strangely, I started as well... but didn't go back, as we found out that putting the same name for my sponsor as Jimmy was perhaps not a good idea. People were angry. I will hide.
- Made many a new friend: Riddice, Dave, and Kyle. Started hanging out with Mike again. Poke's always around. Though now he's away, he will return. Pete's been around a lot too. Also gone right now. Soon, school will suck them all up and times will probably be boring. Even been back in touch with the Admiral! Good times.
- Been playing games constantly. Munchkin, A Game of Thrones, Risk 2210, Age of Mythology. I rule and win constantly.
- Went to Mitsuwa, a Japanese market in Schaumburg. Friggin'... awesome. Spent more money than I had, didn't mind. Real Japanese food... *salivates*
- Watching neet stuff on TV. Digital cable rawkz my world. BSG ftw.
- And of course, much much anime is had and watched. Had a weekend scare when the PC crapped out on me. Did many magics and rituals and got her back online. *huggles*
And so, that's the that on that. I also changed my hairdo as per the will of Girlfriend (of Josh & Girlfriend fame). If I've forgotten things, you'll get over it. It's probably time for new anime reviews. Better have at it. Labels: life |
