It just seems like there's a lot of anime that has a Kiba in it. Naruto, Wolf's Rain, this one, and isn't one of the swords in Bleach a Kiba? I dunno, it just seems unusally common, even if it IS cool.

don't remember a bleach sword called Kiba. Also, there's no Kiba in this show. So calm your face.
No, I don't have a damn clue why it's called that.
